SANDBLASTED

Our
custom 3-D sandblasted signs are done completely in-house. We
use High Density Urethane (HDU) Foam in our semi-automated blasting
booth to create pieces up to 4 ft. x 8 ft. We hand finish all our
pieces with high quality sign enamels and occasionally some high
performance vinyl. Custom shapes are no problem.

This
piece is 30" x 48" x 1.5" thick. Notice the beautiful
hand painted fall leaf. This piece also has a dimensional wood
grain effect for the background. |

This
two-sided oval is 42" x 60" x 2" thick. A unique
"scroll" type frame was required to match some existing
iron work nearby. The entire design is ours but...we hired out
the handmade frame. |

This
sign hangs above the door of a shop in our Historic Old Town Florissant
District. It is 24" x 36" x 2" thick, two sided.
The shop owner came up with the design and we did the work. The
main text is a combination of paint and vinyl, three colors total.
The sun was hand-painted, fading from orange out to gold. Every
item sold in this shop is made in Missouri.
